TITUSVILLE, FL – Orlando-based Mechanical Services, Inc. (MSI) completed Brevard County Schools’ new 12,578-square-foot Imperial Estates Elementary School classroom building in Titusville, in Brevard County, FL, under its $1.7 million contract with McCree, Orlando. MSI will also handle a facilities upgrade including replacement of the existing chiller plant with a new Epsilon system, replacement of air handler units, and supply and installation of additional ice storage tanks. MSI has been contracted to perform similar work on numerous school facilities in Orange County, FL.
