USGBC is extending the current deadline for the current version of the LEED Professional Accreditation exam. The new cut off for testing is November 30, 2006.

USGBC’s new accreditation programs are expected to launch December 18, 2006.  The launch date has been modified because of unanticipated issues in the test production process.  USGBC contracts with Thomson Prometric for the development and delivery of its accreditation programs.

In response to the unprecedented testing volume in late October and some test sites with few available seats, USGBC has extended the cut off date for the current exam in order to provide continued testing throughout November. The current exam is based on the LEED for New Construction Rating System version 2.1.
